Maribeth Carroll is the Chief Human Resources Officer at McCourt. She joined McCourt in 2016 and leads HR strategy across all McCourt businesses, with a focus on recruitment, culture, talent development, compensation and benefits, and organizational structure. Prior to joining McCourt, Maribeth served as Global Head of Human Resources for the Institutional Client Business at BlackRock, supporting the global sales force organization.
Previously, Maribeth served as Global Head of Human Resources at Acumen, an international non-profit working to alleviate poverty through a combination of leadership, philanthropy, and venture capital. Before that, she worked as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Corporate and Finance Human Resources at Guy Carpenter, a unit of Marsh & McLennan Companies. Previously, Carroll spent ten years at Morgan Stanley where she rose from the role of recruitment manager for finance and operations to Executive Director for Investment Management Human Resources globally.
Beyond her professional activities, Maribeth has been deeply involved in numerous social impact initiatives, including serving on the Board of Directors for Global Camps Africa, an organization equipping young people in South Africa with the tools to lead healthy, empowered lives and make positive impacts on their communities.
Maribeth is a graduate of the University of Maryland where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism.
